The tropical climate of Thailand is suitable for pesky insects to breed which will make staying out at the backyard unpleasant in summer. Thus, to solve the problem, we came up with this solar-powered bug zapper. The abundant sunlight during daytime allows it to harness enough energy which will then be channeled to the zapper at night to take down mosquitoes. In addition, we also adapted Thai architectural and window décor elements in its appearance so that it fits in with the environment.
