If you an old school person, hammers are always there for you. However, we are not that desperate to go for the ancient way. It was neither screws, crackerjacks with a ratchet nor a wooden prince with big-toothed mouth and lever. ODIIST’s nutcracker was designed like a plier, smooth and clean in simple geometrical shapes and lines.
Cut down too much distracting curves and decorations, we highlight the inner parts of the handles with bright colors.
Instead of paralleled racks, thick blades were arranged around the jaw, altering the impression of a plier. Don’t get fooled by the appearance of the plier. The pivot is at the point of the clamp, not in the middle.
Spread the handle, put the nut in the jaw and squeezed the handle. The hard shells will be cracked easily without smashing and making a mess.
